I created interactive mini-crosswords, inspired by the New York Times Mini. In particular, my co-writer and I created a Thanksgiving-themed mini crossword that tied in school events into the game. By integrating relevant news content into the puzzles, we ensured the games were still aligned with our newspaper’s journalistic purposes.
