I created this video story as my second package story in my third year of El Estoque. This time, I came in fully prepared for the difference in workload needed for a video story. I taught my section how to use gimbals and collected more B-roll than I needed for the story. My co-writer and I had to wake up early one day to get there before school started in order to interview and capture B-roll, though it was well worth it, as I am very proud of this video story. 

I created this video story as my second package story in El Estoque. I was unprepared for the difference in workload needed for a video story. I treated the video story as if it was a written story, and as a result, forgot to take B-roll footage during my interviews. This slowed down our process as my co-writer and I had to contact our sources and schedule another visit to take B-roll footage. However, the experience taught me to approach all my future stories more cautiously and be aware of any material I might need from my sources, such as photos or videos, in the future.
